Frequently Asked Questions
When can I access resources of both memberships?
Those who join now OR have renewal dates in October, November or December of 2024 will be able to become 2025 members of the Wellness Alliance, and gain access to NWI and WELCOA resources for the rest of 2024. Access will be with two different sign-ons—one for each website.
Beginning in early 2025, any member of either NWI or WELCOA automatically becomes a Wellness Alliance member and gets access to all resources via the Wellness Alliance. Unique memberships to NWI or WELCOA will cease. At this point, a single sign-on will be available.
How do I access my member benefits?
If you join or renew for the 2025 Wellness Alliance membership in 2024, you will have two different sign-ons. In early 2025, there will be a single sign-on. Members will receive emailed instructions on how to access benefits.
How much are my dues?
Each existing member will be sent their renewal information as their expiration date nears. Memberships will be based on a calendar year basis, January through December. Depending on renewal dates, dues will be prorated to get memberships to a calendar-year timeline.

What if I’m a member of both organizations right now?
We will reach out to you with options as your renewal date approaches. Meanwhile, you will continue to have access to both organizations. Two different websites with two different sign-ons will continue through the end of 2024. In early 2025, a single Wellness Alliance website and sign on will be available.
If one or both of your memberships have a renewal date in the fourth quarter 2024, you will have the option to renew at that time with the Wellness Alliance. Your Wellness Alliance membership would expire December 31, 2025. You would have access to both NWI and WELCOA resources using two sign-ons until early 2025.
The alternative is letting your 2024 membership lapse, in which case you would not have access to all of the Wellness Alliance’s benefits until early 2025.
Once you renew with the Alliance, your membership will expire December 31, 2025. Your dues will be prorated if applicable.
