A Health Advocate Wellness Program Consultant (WPC) will lead the strategy behind your organization’s well-being approach, help you create a culture of well-being whether your team is onsite or dispersed, and provide ongoing communication materials to keep your employees engaged. Your WPC is with you every step of the way throughout implementation, launch, and program maintenance—ensuring you have the ongoing support and guidance needed for an effective and successful program. Moreover, they can provide you with communication materials to keep your employees engaged as well as leverage -direct-to-member emails, text messages and targeted campaigns through our admin portal.

Your employees can work one-on-one with Wellness Coaches who are specially trained to help employees meet well-being goals and make behavior changes. They add the human touch to our high-tech platform and provide an external source of accountability and support to help members find their intrinsic motivation.

Employees can connect with a personal Wellness Coach for one-on-one support over the phone, by email, web message and more, leading to greater collaboration and engagement. Our Well-Being Program allows for interactivity between members and coaches, providing the framework to help your employees make the lifestyle changes that really matter to them when it comes to improving their well-being.
